Applying for Tier 4 student Visa to UK (UK Student Visa).

If you wish to study in UK you need to apply for UK student Visa (Tier 4 student visa).  First you need to get admission with a University or an educational institution who is registered with the UK Home Office and is in the register of Tier 4 sponsors. If your application is accepted by a Tier 4 sponsor in UK then they will issue you with a certificate of acceptance of studies with which you should apply for a visa to enter the UK as a student. You also need to show that you have the required maintenance money in your bank account or in your parents account for a period of 28 days in order to apply Tier 4 student Visa to UK.

The UK student visa applications can be bit complicated and will be refused if you fail to submit the exact documents required for the same. If an application is refused then you need to get a new certificate of acceptance of studies from the University to make a new application. The University may not issue you a new cas if the application was refused by your own fault. Therefore it is very important that you need expert advice in submitting a student visa application.
